Anointing is an integral part of the church’s pastoral and sacramental ministry. At Healing Services, after receiving prayer with the laying on of hands, it is possible to be anointed with Holy Oil as prayer for healing (in body, mind and spirit) continues to be offered.

Sometimes people are anointed as they are being prayed for near the close of their earthly lives (sometimes referred to as “the last rites”).
